4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by muitstore.com
• If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds will be issued via:
  • Bank transfer
  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Store credit (if preferred)

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

• Refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet
• COD charges are non-refundable

7. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for size, color, or defective items
